All the documents are in one place. All the pictures of the vehicles can be found quickly and easily. Also, once the load has been delivered, sending an invoice is as easy as just clicking a button. 

Super Dispatch has also built a Chrome plugin for importing loads quickly from load boards like Central Dispatch and CarsArrive. Once the plugin is installed, you will see a blue button appear on the load boards after a car has been dispatched to you. Click the button, and you’ll see the load appear in Super Dispatch. You’ll then need to assign the driver to the load. After a load is assigned, you can monitor when the car has been picked up, delivered, and then you can finally send out the invoice.

For the sheet that we use to monitor loads, we keep all important information such as the price of the load, load number, broker, and dates associated with the load.
