Before coverage starts
Straight answers for Tennessee operations.
Scope, access, authority, communication, documentation, and handoff standards are confirmed before the team covers live freight.
Do you provide dispatch coverage for Tennessee trucking companies?
Yes. Ninja Dispatch provides remote managed night, after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage for Tennessee carriers and transportation operations. Coverage is delivered inside the client’s approved systems and does not imply a Ninja Dispatch office or physical facility in Tennessee.
Can you cover both Central and Eastern Time operations?
Yes. The schedule is built around the client’s exposed hours and responsibilities. Coverage can account for operations spanning Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and other Tennessee markets, provided the shift schedule, contacts, service levels, and handoff times are documented.
Can you support Memphis-area cutoff and feeder freight?
Yes, when the responsibilities fit the agreed scope. The SOP can define trailer or load monitoring, driver ETA checks, facility communication, cutoff exposure, escalation thresholds, and documentation. Facility-specific access or actions are included only when expressly approved and tested.
Do you support brokers and 3PLs in Chattanooga’s freight market?
Yes. Managed
after-hours logistics coordination can include carrier follow-up, track-and-trace, shipment QA, customer communication, exception escalation, and morning reporting for brokers and 3PLs.
Can you support manufacturing and automotive-supplier freight?
Yes. Coverage can support supplier pickups, plant or warehouse appointments, driver communication, ETA exposure, exception response, customer updates, and the morning handoff. The client retains authority over production, contractual, recovery-cost, and other commercial decisions.
Can your dispatchers work in our existing systems?
Yes, subject to client-provided accounts, permissions, security requirements, and access testing. We support workflows in systems such as
McLeod and
Samsara, along with other client-approved tools.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the coverage structure and current service terms. Review our
pricing information, then use the discovery call to confirm hours, workload, systems, responsibilities, reporting requirements, and the management model required.
