Temperature monitoring & follow-through

With follow-up built in.

We connect the temperature information to the people who can act on it. That means checking, calling, verifying and escalating when something needs attention.

  • Work in your available temperature and tracking systems.
  • Call drivers to confirm current and set temperatures.
  • Follow unresolved alerts through your escalation process.
  • Document the readings, contacts and actions taken.
When the information does not add up, we follow up.

Your procedure can include a photo of the reefer display, confirmation of the operating mode and contact with the person authorized to decide the next step.

Talk Through Your Coverage
Why Ninja Dispatch

Your service commitments don’t end at closing time.

The value at stake extends beyond a single load. A missed update or unresolved exception can put delivery commitments, production schedules and hard-earned customer relationships under pressure.

An on-call contact provides an escalation path. Active coverage also needs someone checking shipments, contacting carriers and keeping customers informed. Ninja Dispatch handles that agreed work throughout the shift, with clear boundaries for decisions that remain with your team.

Who is this service for?

Refrigerated carriers, food suppliers, producers, distributors, resellers, freight brokers and 3PLs that need operational support outside office hours. You do not need to own trucks: coverage can focus on the carrier coordination and shipment follow-up your team manages. We have worked with meat, poultry, dairy, produce, frozen goods and other refrigerated food freight.

Can you monitor temperatures without remote reefer tracking?

Yes. We can call drivers for verbal confirmation of the current and set temperatures. When your systems provide temperature information, we can work with that too. Driver calls provide periodic checks; they do not replace a continuous sensor feed.

What happens when a temperature reading needs attention?

We follow the account’s procedure to verify the reading, contact the driver and escalate as needed. Where required, that can include asking the driver to stop safely and send a photo of the unit’s display. The shipment’s required settings and cargo decisions remain with your designated team.

Can you cover nights, weekends and holidays?

Yes. We agree on the coverage windows your operation needs, then document the hours, responsibilities and escalation contacts. The scope can support an existing internal team or cover the after-hours work you want to outsource.

Do you find or book loads for reefer trucks?

No. This is managed dispatch coverage for your existing freight operation. We support assigned loads, drivers and customers; we do not provide load-finding services for reefer owner-operators.

What does coverage cost, and how do we get started?

Pricing depends on the agreed hours, workload and operating scope. Review our current pricing, then book a discovery call. We will review your needs and define the coverage plan, systems and SOPs required to start.
